The Comstock ISD District of Innovation Plan was adopted by the CISD District of Innovation Committee in a public meeting on February 27, 2017 by a vote of 11-0. The Comstock ISD Board of Trustees passed the plan on April 11, 2017, by a vote of 5-0.
