I have been teaching for 21 years. I began teaching 8^th grade History in Mesquite, TX. I then taught high school geography, US History and AP Government and Economics. I thenmoved to  Waco Midway where I taught 7^th grade Pre-AP Texas History.When I relocated to Wink, Tx,  I taught 4^th, 5^th and 6^th grade social studies before moving to 5h grade reading and social studies. I am now serving as the Special Education Director and 504 coordinator.

I am married to my high school sweetheart, Lance. We have been married since 1997. We have 3 children. 

In my free time I enjoy listening to music and reading.
