Students Win Gold at State

Comstock ISD UIL competitors came back as winners from the State UIL Meet in Austin.  The Current Issues and Events team coached by Mr. Graydon Richardson, placed 1st in the 1A division.  The team is comprised of seniors Sarah McCourt and Garrett Hollingsworth; junior Tate Holloway, and Sophomore Elijah Greene.  McCourt also placed 4th individually in the contest.  

Senior Dayna Greene placed 1st in Ready Writing in the 1A division with a perfect score of 30.  Her coach is Mrs. Diana Sulaica.

Congratulations to the Comstock ISD students that represented the school at state and came back with the gold.
