Texas History Field Trip
The 7th grade Texas History classes had a full day Tuesday, April 17th. They hiked the Upper Canyon Tour at Seminole Canyon State Park and Historical Site. The 19 students learned about local ranching and railroad history. After lunch at the park, they headed up the highway to Langtry for a meet and greet with none other than Judge Roy Bean. They were treated to guided tours of the botanical garden and Opera House. Many thanks to Seminole Canyon, The Judge Roy Bean Visitors’ Center and Mike Parker for the great day!
